The 3Rs for Coaching: Reflect, Reframe, Resource

You often have conversations with people who are stuck, confused or upset. How quickly can you help them refocus so that the see their next step and are ready to take it? Using NLP (neurolinguistic programming) techniques, anyone can get better at directing conversations so that positive change happens. Whether you are a manager, a parent, a life or business coach, a trainer or a co-worker who makes a difference, you can take the lead in making next steps clear and achieveable.Use the 3 Rs of coaching: reflect, reframe, resource.

In this one day course, you'll practice reflecting what you hear and observe so that others can detach from their own state to see their situations more clearly. You'll learn to draw them into a bigger or more useful frame, so that they can identify obstacles without fear and see the next steps that will move around or through them. And then you'll help them connect to the strengths, skills or resources that will support them in taking action.

If you're new to NLP, you'll find this is a great introduction to working effectively with NLP techniques. If you're an experienced practitioner, you'll enjoy this simple, practical approach to using the tools to make a difference.

Register using the code PRAC if you are NLP certified by NLP Canada Training.

It only takes a few minutes to get someone grounded, clear and energized. And when you get better at the 3 Rs, you'll spend less time entangled in the problems and more time moving toward what you want.
