Wellesley Education Foundation (WEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to investing in programs that enhance, enrich and maintain educational excellence as well as foster innovation in the Wellesley Public Schools. Since its inception in 1984, WEF continues to provide a thoughtful and effective vehicle for residents and businesses to show their support for the Wellesley Public Schools through generous donations.
Over $1.8 million has been awarded in grants and assistance to WPS educators by WEF in the past 10 years.

We have an exciting day planned for the Wellesley STEM Expo on Sat., March 28th. As you'll see in the brochure, with over 120 exhibits and workshops planned, there is something for everyone!
In addition to the exhibits and workshops offered from 10 am - 2 pm, we are excited to present Dr. Sheila Nirenberg, MacArthur "Genius" Award Winner, as our keynote speaker at 2 pm, who will be discussing “A Prosthetic Eye to Treat Blindness.”
At 3 pm, there will be a Meet the STEM Professionals Reception for high school students.
Admission is FREE. Food will be available for purchase (cash only) at the Expo.
