Foam Roller Workshop

Do you have one of those white foam rollers just sitting in the corner? Has it become the scratching post for your cat? Have you forgotten how to use it? Dust it off and bring it in for this workshop! We will spend an hour treating your entire body to self massage, stretches and exercises on the foam roller. I think of the foam roller as "massage without fingers", there is much you can do for yourself with the roller. The workshop cost is $20. You may purchase a foam roller for $25 or bring your own (please let me know in advance if you want to purchase a roller). A hand out will be provided with pictures for future reference.
