Winter Solstice Daylong Retreat | DEC 21, 2019 

GREEN GULCH FARM & ZEN CENTER, also known as Green Dragon Temple (Soryu-ji), lies within the tranquil valley leading to Muir Beach in Marin County, California, and is a Zen Buddhist practice community whose effort is to awaken the spirit of kindness and helpfulness in all beings. As you arrive at Green Gulch you are greeted by eucalyptus, redwoods and the organic farm from which our vegetarian meal will be harvested.  Muir Beach is a 20-minute walk from the central area; trails lead to Muir Woods to the north, and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area to the south. Our retreat will begin at 9:00 AM, with our first of two yoga practices. There will be ample time for exploration, and reflection between our morning and afternoon sessions. Our day will end with a walk to beach to watch the setting sun.

COST: $150

Rate includes a full day of yoga, lunch, tea, and use of the grounds. Cancellations received in writing before DEC 1 will receive a refund less a $45 fee. No refunds are available after DEC 1.
