How can you best communicate to your stakeholders when a crisis occurs?

Learn tips from Anne Linaberger, vice president at C4CS, LLC and Andrew Conte, Ph.D., director of the Center for Media Innovation at Point Park University.

For professional communicators, the ability to effectively write or say a clear message has come to the forefront in many businesses. Whether you are trying to communicate to an internal employee audience that is now scattered or an external audience with a whole new set of customer concerns, saying it right the first time is key.

Managing customer, client, investor, and employee concerns is always a challenge. During a crisis, including a pandemic, effective communication is even more challenging.  Let’s talk about it.
