VPMA 2017 Exhibitor Registration 

The 2017 Summer Scientific Seminer will be held at the Richmond Marriott Downtown in Richmond, Virginia! We are looking forward to our new venue!

Exhibit fees are $1250.00 per single exhibit, $2400 per double exhibit, and $75.00 per electrical outlet. Fees includes exhibit space and registration for 2 representatives. Exhibit assignments are made by the executive director and will be made as registrations are received.

Please note that educational grant sponsors are required to pay for exhibit space, Those companies interested in providing educational grants are asked to contact Jason Naldo,DPM, Seminar Chair, at 

vpma.meetings@gmail.com directly for information. 

We have an exciting addition to our program this year: a meeting app. The app will allow exhibit staff to communicate with attendees directly, access the meeting schedule and speaker information, and access hotel and meeting room maps. The app will be available in the Apple and Android stores. The app should launch in the weeks prior to the start of the meeting and we'll keep in touch with registered exhibitors about downloads and updates. 

Exhibits will set up on Thursday, May 4, 2017 between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Exhibits must be ready for business at 7:30 am on Friday, May 5, 2017 in time for continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall. Exhibits will break down after the morning refreshment break on Saturday, May 6, 2017.

Thursday, May 4, 2017    3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Exhibit Set-up)

Hollins Exposition Services will be our show decorator and will handle freight and drayage. Shipping and equipment information will be provided closer to meeting dates.

Let Reservations know that you're with the Virginia Podiatric Medical Association to secure the group rate of $164.00, plus taxes, per night. The deadline to reserve a sleeping room at the group rate is April 14, 2017.
