The conference offers delicious breakfast and lunch buffet meal options as well as an elegantly plated dinner option. Please indicate which meals you’d like to customize your conference experience on your registration form. If you select an option that includes dinner; be sure to indicate your entrée selection from the following (Each of the dinner selections is served with salad, market vegetable and chef selected starch):
