MEETING COST:Member registration cost is $725.00 for each company attendee while spouse or single guest is $195.00, a significant reduction from years past. All other pricing is listed on the registration menu of options as well as the opportunity to sponsor this event.

New Payment notice: Payments for meeting registration fees, optional activities and sponsorships can no longer be split. The entire amount entered must be paid by credit card via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account) or check.             You may also contact our office to pay by credit card over the phone or email.

TICKETS: The CW Lodge is offering our group discounted tickets to the Colonial Willamsburg's Historic area sites, museums and attractions. Registered USAPEEC hotel guest must go to the ticket office located in the hotel lobby or main visitors center to purchase these ticket. A complimentary shuttle is  always available. 

ADULTS: $18.00 each / CHILDREN: $9.00 (6-12 years of age)         Children ages 5 and under are free.

LATE FEE: All registrations and sponsorships must be paid in full prior to the start of the meeting. Any registration received after May 10 will automatically be charged a non-refundable of $100.00 late fee. USAPEEC will fully refund registration fees if notified in writing prior to May 10. Refund request after May 10 cannot be honored.
