Meeting deadline and penalty
Deadline to register for the winter meeting is November 10. After November 10 a non-refundable late fee of $100.00 will automatically be added to your meeting registration.
Transportation
Reagan National Airport (DCA) is 6 miles/20 minutes to the Fairmont Hotel. Proceed from any terminal baggage claim through the doors to the curbside where taxi lines are clearly marked. If paying for taxi with credit card, please notify taxicab dispatcher.
The USA Poultry & Egg Export Council will return again to the Fairmont Washington, D.C. in Georgetown for the 2017 winter meeting. The meeting is set to begin on Tuesday, December 12 with the Board of Directors meeting from 2-5 pm. Wednesday, December 13th starts with the Trade Policy Task Force followed by the Market Advisory Panel and evening Reception. Thursday, December 14th begins with the General Session then moves into the Speakers Forum. At noon a luncheon and featured guest speaker will bring the meeting to a conclusion. The deadline to register for the meeting without penalty is November 10.
