Course Objective: The objective of this course is to provide participants with an understanding of the coverage options available to the senior market. Agents will learn about product options and review the plan designs and guidelines identified by CMS and specific to the plans. By attending this course, agents will gain insightful information about the deductibles, copayments and unique plan features. Training will provide participants with increased knowledge of the health care options available and ability to accurately explain the products, therefore enhancing the customer experience
Benefit to Attendees: This course is designed to give licensed producers a better understanding of the products and plan designs offered in the senior market. Offering consistent, comprehensive training to our agents promotes an overall confidence in the company, products and industry for which we work in.

New Product: We will be updating you with a new dental Insurance plan for Seniors by Genesis Business Capital, Inc. underwritten by Security Life. In It's first phase we are launching the Senior product followed immediately by the group product and in it’s final stage the individual under 65 product, While it is being modeled around Medicare Advantage products, national brands are being used as model for this new product; we expect it to be highly competitive both in quality as well as financially.
