Thanks to the generosity of a donor, Executive Summaries will be available for members at this year's Annual Awards Celebration! Members, please review the Executive Summaries found on our website in the "Members Only" section. For login info please contact 513-554-3065 or administration@impact100.org.

Members will be voting for Grant Recipients digitally this year and will be asked via the digital voting system to complete a Conflict of Interest Statement in regard to our 2018 finalists.

 Conflict of Interest Statement

All members of Impact 100 must insure that no personal or professional self-interest interferes with their work on behalf of Impact 100. In other words, all members must make sure that they do not a have a conflict of interest when they are participating in Impact 100 work or business. A potential conflict of interest can arise in situations when a member, or someone in a member’s immediate family, would personally gain, either financially or professionally, from an action taken by Impact 100. For example, if an Impact 100 member would receive a job or a business contract if a certain nonprofit receives an Impact 100 grant, then that member has a potential conflict of interest.

It is important for members to realize that simply serving on the board of a nonprofit that has applied for or may apply for a grant from Impact 100 does not create a conflict of interest. It is only in the situation in which a member would personally profit from the grant being given to the nonprofit that a conflict potentially arises.

If there is a real or potential conflict of interest, it is the member’s obligation to immediately notify the Board in writing of such conflict.

All Members can now Vote Online!

The online election to determine grant recipients at the Annual Awards Celebration (AAC) on September 13 is now open. Look for an email from Impact 100 with the subject "Impact 100 - 2018 Grant Recipient Election" which should have arrived in your inbox on August 1. This email will include a link to the executive summaries for your review before voting.

You can choose to vote now or wait until after the finalist presentations at the AAC on September 13 to vote. All 2018 Impact 100 members have the right to vote one time whether they attend the AAC or not. Reminder emails will be sent the week before the AAC and the day of the event for those who have not yet voted.

If you are a 2018 member and do not receive the email please check your spam folder. For questions or comments contact Donna Broderick at governance@impact100.org.

Thank you for helping us choose the grant recipients for 2018!
