We are pleased to announce a special travel package for Minnesota. You can travel in comfort with your friends and family in a luxury coach.

The Special Minnesota Travel Package includes:

• Travel to Chicago in a luxury coach bus (Round Trip)
• Convention Registration Fee
• Room at the Hyatt Hotel at the Convention Center (Quadruple Occupancy - Four persons per room)
• The busses will depart Minnesota at 6:00 am on Friday December 28th & will arrive in Chicago at approximately 2:00 pm
• The bus will depart Chicago at 11:00 pm on Sunday December 30th & will arrive in Minnesota at approximately 8:00 am Sunday morning. (All night driving)
• The arrivals and departures will take place at two locations:
• Inver Grove Heights (4100 66th st, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076).
• Blaine Masjid (12175 Aberdeen Street, Blaine, MN 55449).
• Cost $300 per person
• Discount for MAS MN Members and supporters $230

Important Rules

• Anyone under the age of 18 must register with an adult. The registrations of unaccompanied minors may be rejected and refunded, even after completion.
• Each person should only bring one regular size bag.
• The bus will depart at the scheduled time, even if some passengers have not arrived.
• This year the hotel is located at The Convention Center.
• Each hotel room is expected to have two queen size beds.
• Each registrant will be assigned to a room with four people.
• Rooms will be single gender. So a brother and sister will be assigned to separate rooms.
• To be assigned to a room with your specific friends, you should register together. People who register separately will be assigned randomly with other registrants of the same gender. Roommate request will NOT be considered.
• The package deal includes a convention registration. A registration badge will be provided to each participant once we arrive in Chicago.
• Each person, including children MUST have a convention badge to participate in activities.
• Food is NOT included in the package deal.
• Refunds will NOT be issued for those who cannot attend or simply miss the bus. Last date to cancel registeration is December 10, 2017. No refunds are issued after this date.
• We do not have any extra seats. Please do not bring any friend or sibling who has not registered.
