IACCPHP Annual Meeting 

We hope you will join us for the IACCPHP Annual Meeting!

The IACCPHP Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at Northern Illinois University - Naperville.

Registration begins at 8:00 AM with the meeting commencing promptly at 8:30 AM. The Business Meeting will be from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM.

The day will include presentations on the latest updates from:

Illinois Department of Aging
Healthcare & Family Services
And more!

Lunch will be included!

This year as an IACCPHP member you can attend at $40.00 per person if you register by August 18.  Non-member/onsite registration fee is $50.00 per person.
