We need sponsors to help raise funds for NC Dental Society Foundation and NC Missions of Mercy mobile dental clinic program. We have many sponsorship levels ranging from a Hole Sponsor for $350 to Tournament Co-Sponsor for $5,000. The registration fee includes all golf fees, Pre-Tournament reception Thursday evening, beverage & snack cart on Friday, all golf contests, a player's gift bag and lunch on Friday.
