Our constant activity at the service of souls is taxing. Christ calls us to rest in Him. Our hearts hear the call and desire to be alone with God so we can rediscover our first love. 

The Annual Priests' Retreat is reserved for ordained Catholic priests looking for time to rest in the peace of God's Crace. The retreat will be structured according to the themes of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. There will be times of prayer in common during Eucharistic concelebrations and guided meditations, as well as ample private prayer so you can make this personal journey with the Lord.

The retreat begins at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, and concludes on Saturday, May 22 at 2:00 p.m.

Our Lady of Santa Clara Retreat Center offers an optimal setting with its scenic view of the Bay Area, nearby hiking trails, and ample space for much solitude and silence. Many visitors comment that it is so quiet here that one can almost "hear" the silence. The priest retreatant will have an opportunity to enter deeply into this solitude and prayer with Our Lord. 

16 private bedrooms appointed with linens, comfortable beds, pillows, and a roomy private bathroom that includes everything you need and expect. Fresh towels, soaps, and shampoos are provided.
