Sparkling

NV Alfred Gratien "Brut Classique" Champagne, Epernay, France

Pale blonde in the glass with fine bubbles, this wine has a remarkable nose of mineral and striking hibiscus aromas -- a unique combination of floral and fruity qualities. In the mouth it is bright with a mineral acidity, very soft mousse, and beautifully yeasty warm bread quality that merge nicely with citrus elements as the wine lingers through a long finish.

Whites

Chateauneuf-Du-Pape Blanc 2008

This excellent estate owned by the Quiot family is planted with 55% Grenache Blanc, 35% Clairette and 10% Bourboulenc. This wine has a wonderful aroma, with white flowers and very good length. Enjoy with seafood tapas - shrimp or our soft-shelled crab.

Gary Farrell Russian River Chardonnay 2009, Russian River, California

"Clean and refreshingly rich without being weighty, delivering a core of creamy pear and apple, with spice and floral touches, ending with a lively white peach aftertaste. Drink now through 2020." 93 Points Wine Spectator

2009 S.A. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett, Mosel region of Germany

S.A. Prum is a family owned wine estate nestled on the banks of Germany's serene Mosel River. The family has cultivated wines there for more then 200 years. This is a crisp fresh white with concentrated flavors of citrus, peach and minerals leading to an elegant finish

  Reds

2008 Trivento 2008 Eolo Malbec (Luján de Cuyo) Argentina

The nose is deep and sweet, with licorice, rubber, lemon peel and tobacco to go with bold berry aromas. Shows immensity and structure in the mouth, with layered blackberry flavors and creaminess. Fades well, with tobacco and leather gracing the finish. Drink now through 2014.

Travaglini Gattinara 2006 Nebbiolo from Piedmont, Italy

"Sweet floral aromatics emerge from the 2006 Gattinara. This deceptively medium-bodied wine shows good depth in its red fruit, but at times comes across as a touch fragile and fleeting. Nevertheless, it is an attractive, representative Gattinara well-suited for drinking over the next few years. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018." 91 Points The Wine Advocate.

2009 Faust Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2009 Faust is a benchmark example of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine opens with aromas of red and black cherries, ripe raspberry, hints of violets and a lovely perfume. A lush, full entry on the palate with blackberry, cassis, coffee and dark chocolate flavors leads to a rich, supple mouthfeel. A complex finish with dark fruit lingers in the mouth. The wine continually evolves in the glass, making it worthy of another taste.

Dessert Wines

2007 Tamellini Recioto di Soave Vigna Marogne, Veneto, Recioto di Soave,Italy  Intense amber yellow, a fine aroma of honey, dried figs and dried apricots, the  flavor is full, rich, sweet, fresh and harmonious

Patricius - Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos - 500ml - 2000, Hungary, Hegyalja, Tokaji

An exceptional aszu grape harvest. Texturally, and largely due to slow oxidation and lack of topping, the 2000 exhibits a full bodied and creamy mouth feel that is kept from becoming cloying due to the ever-present acidic backbone. This kind of balance between high sugar, high acid and low alcohol are what make Tokaji magical. Pair with strong flavors.
