Business Before Hours Workshop on Information Security

______________________________________________________________________________

Fraud Mitigation and Disaster Recovery Planning for Small Businesses

This workshop may be worth $23,100 to you!  That is the average loss from fraud per item that gets through any potential leaks in your receivables and/or payables that may be vulnerable to fraud.  Come to SSSBA’s workshop on fraud mitigation on Wednesday, May 10.  Read about it now!

Although you hear increasingly about cyber-attacks and fraud in the news and on social media, many or most of us don’t believe it can happen to us or our business. We don’t want to think about the negative effect it could have on our good name, our cash flow, or our day-to-day business operations.  We also may not want to stop and think that even if it “can’t” happen to us, it could happen to someone else in our lives, be it our business supply chain or a family member and that by it happening to them, it could also affect us….

If you do accept the possibility, then take a moment and sign up very fast for this workshop and invite others to attend with you, as well.  Kristen Saranteas, Senior Vice President, Head of Treasury Management for First Midwest, will be presenting this workshop

Topics will include:
