2018 Santee Aloha 5K
Sponsor Application & Booth Agreement

Dear Community Supporter:

The Santee School District Foundation will hold its 4th annual Santee Aloha 5K Fun Run & Walk on Saturday April 21, 2018 at Town Center Community Park in Santee.  The Foundation has contributed over $200,000 in recent years for visual and performing arts and enhanced technology for students of the Santee School District, the future of our community.  We couldn’t achieve our level of success without our participants, volunteers, and most importantly our cherished sponsors. Your event sponsorship directly enriches our Santee School district students. 

For 2018, we are setting our goals even higher!  We are anticipating over 700 race participants, and aim to raise $35,000 for Santee students. We hope you will join us in supporting our mission and become a sponsor of the 2018 Santee Aloha 5K Fun Run & Walk.

Our Sponsors enjoy the great benefit of receiving increased exposure of their business, products, and services by reaching a very targeted audience of consumers within the local community of Santee, and surrounding San Diego county communities. By becoming a sponsor, your business will have a strong presence at the event providing a direct connection with participants. 

SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE:  Please submit your Sponsorship Application & Booth Agreement and your donation by March 23, 2018. Signup by clicking "Register Now" button. Check payment by mail is preferred or pay online.

  • PARTNER SPONSOR ($2500) - Special recognition/announcement on race day, Company logo/name included in race participant emails, Two (2) complimentary race registrations, One (1) additional social media Facebook mentions, Upper top and prominent placement of company logo/name on event thank you banners & T-shirts. Company name on Facebook event page.

  • PHOTO BOOTH SPONSOR ($1,500) – Special recognition/announcement on race day, Provide and take photos in front of your company logo photo backdrop. We will post co-branded photos to our Facebook to maximize your brand exposure. Upper prominent placement of company logo/name on event thank you banners & T-shirts.

  • COURSE SIGNAGE SPONSOR ($600) – Add your company name/logo to directional signage on the race course. This is a high visibility opportunity to display your company support repetitively throughout the course. Company logo/name included on event thank you banners & T-shirts.

  • EVENT SPONSOR ($500) – Special recognition/announcement on race day, Acknowledgment of your support online and throughout the event. Company logo/name included on event thank you banners & T-shirts.

  • RACE MEDAL SPONSOR ($400)  – Special recognition/announcement on race day, provide race medals to our top 3 winners in each age category. Company logo/name included on event thank you banners & T-shirts.

  • VENDOR BOOTH SPONSOR ($200) – Have a booth presence at the race. We encourage all booth sponsors to provide an activity for kids and/or free giveaways with your company logo. This is a great way to interact with the families, staff and community members of Santee. Company name included as text on event thank you banners & T-shirts.

  • IN-KIND DONATION  SPONSOR – Provide products or services valued at $200 or greater in exchange for sponsor support you will be able to have a presence at the event and receive the basic Benefits mentioned above.  Donation examples: • Bottled water, sports or recovery drink (coconut water) • Energy gels or bars • Electrolyte tablets • Refueling food (fruit, bagels, etc.) • Specialty finish line treats (sno-cones, etc.) • Photo or video services • First aid volunteer personnel
