The March 30, Monday evening Community Qigong will be an ONLINE ONLY class due to current the Stay at Home order.
The registration for tonight's Community Qigong is now closed so that participants are able to receive the Zoom link in time to participate in this evening's practice.
The April Community Qigong will be ONLINE ONLY and registration is now open on the IQ&IM website.
