All levels of Yi Ren experience welcome. Join Akbar Mondays for a fun and relaxing Yi Ren community group practice. This is an opportunity to practice together and, for those new to Yi Ren Qigong, a chance to experience Yi Ren in a group practice format. Class tuition is non-refundable.

CLASS RECORDINGS:

• Should you miss the Monday evening practice, the class recordings will be made available for at least a week.
• Recording links will be emailed within forty-eight hours of the practice.

ZOOM LINKS:

• Class Zoom links will be emailed at 3 p.m. on Mondays. 
• Please check your spam and promotions folders for your Zoom link email if you do not see it in your inbox.
