Jeff Weigand, General Manager The Citizen and auburnpub.com

Jeff is the General Manager of the Citizen and auburnpub.com. In his role as General Manager,
with exception of editorial, Jeff overseas the day to day operations of the Citizen. Specifically advertising,
circulation and production. Jeff is active in the community and serves on the Board of Trustees for the
Cayuga Museum of Art and History, and is on part of the Executive Committee of the Auburn Downtown
Partnership.  Jeff lives in Auburn with his wife Rhea.

Tess Thruman, Corporate Classified Manager for Lee Enterprises

Tess has worked with Lee Enterprises for over 22 years with a primary focus on the Recruitment
Industry. With 49 daily papers spanning from New York to California, she has worked with all types
and sizes of companies. With extensive knowledge surrounding the challenges and evolving solutions
in today’s recruiting world, Tess has worked with companies to uncover solutions based on individual
needs and company goals. Tess has been a guest speaker at local SHRM events including Siouxland
Chapter conference, Decatur, IL and Davenport, IA. She has also hosted several “Lunch and Learn”
events hosted by local newspapers.  

Caitlin Currier, Recruitment Specialist for the Citizen and Post Star in Glens Falls 

Caitlin has worked with Lee Enterprises for over 6 years with a primary focus on Recruitment
sales.  Working with all types and sizes of businesses throughout the Glens Falls and Auburn, NY
regions, Caitlin educates current and potential customers on the many benefits of our recruitment
advertising products both in print and digital advertising.   Caitlin has successfully customized
advertising solutions that work for her customers based on their individual needs and goals. 
Caitlin resides in Hudson Falls, NY with her husband, Stephen and three kids.
