Session 1- Feasability Assessment, Business Goals and Action Plans
Assess your business idea at the beginning of this series, set some initial goals, and develop an Action Plan.
Session 2- Business Plan Basics
Start developing your actual business plan. This document will guide you through your business cycle. Local business coaches will be available to continue to work with you when you expand this session template to a functional plan of action.
Session 3- Social Media
Understand the many platforms of social media and learn to use them strategically. Search engine optimization is the core of your online content.

Session 4- Components of Business Ownership
In this workshop we will discuss the different roles of the small business owner, how to prioritize them according to your personal strengths and abilities and wWe will be sharing marketing tips, tools, wisdom and insights learnedhen to find outside help. We will also take a look at the different business structures to consider before opening, such as Sole Proprietorship and Corporations.
Session 5- Marketing
Learn methods and tools that will help you maximize your customer reach. You will have your marketing strategy outlined and identify future tasks for implementing your message. We will be sharing marketing tips, tools, wisdom and insights learned
Session 6- Succession Planning
This workshop explains why succession planning and exit strategies are important even though your business may just be starting. Knowing when to exit and how to do so effectively is an important part of your business plan. Succession planning is identifying how your business will evolve and develop beyond you. Exit Strategy is closing your business completely. It is important to identify which one is right for you and what important factors to consider for accounting and legal purposes.
