About the Presenter:
Cindy Wilcox is the Director of Leadership Development and Consulting Services for the Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County. A consultant, facilitator, and trainer, Cindy brings over 20 years of experience in board governance, strategy, planning, and leadership. She is enthusiastic and authentic in her work.
Prior to her current position, Cindy served in various leadership and executive positions, primarily in health care and higher education. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource. She is a certified facilitator in total quality management, certified trainer for TeamSTEPPS System for Healthcare, and a graduate of the HERS Management Institute. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ithaca College and a Master of Public Administration from State University of New York.
Cindy serves as Board Chair for Unity House of Cayuga County and is involved with many local causes including Relay for Life, Moms for Play, St. Joseph’s School, and others.
