The Design Thinking Crash Course is a half-day experience where our expert facilitators will guide you through the award-winning ExperienceInnovation™ simulation, co-created by IDEO and ExperiencePoint.
Experienced facilitator, project manager, and design session engineer, Collin Young has been helping clients around the country solve complex challenges and facilitate design sessions for teams of more than 50 people as to encourage innovation and growth across their organizations.

Prior to joining Bridge Innovate, Mary Kim was responsible for developing and cultivating real-world collaborations among distinguished professionals, students and faculty at Savannah College of Art and Design. With strong passion for design and education, Mary Kim now supports businesses and organizations build design thinking, cross collaboration and creative problem solving capabilities that lead to growth and innovation.
What to Expect
During the simulation, you will tackle a design challenge in a team-based competition. Teams are awarded points for recognizing great ideas as well as developing great ideas. The simulation delivers the essentials of a four-month innovation journey in a half-day workshop.
This course helps you build innovation confidence and competence, emerge with foundational knowledge, and gain real experience in design thinking. You'll be ready to apply it immediately to solve design challenges and support a culture of innovation!
