Cooking Connected

March 24 - April 28,2022

Thank you for expressing interest in our Cooking Connected Program! Our program is currently full but we do have a waiting list!

Click Here to Fill Out Our WAITING LIST form!

"Cooking Connected" is a 6-week virtual cooking and nutrition class that teaches families with children ages 5 - 18 how to eat well, cook, and be active on a budget.

This series is not your typical "cooking show." Each family will receive cooking equipment to keep and the ingredients to "cook-along" with the nutrition educator.

After completing the 6-week series, participants will:

  • Develop cooking skills and confidence in the kitchen
  • Learn how to stretch their food dollar
  • Build closer family bonds
  • Increase knowledge of basic nutrition

Register Today to Reserve Your Spot! Space is limited.  Registration closes March 10, 2022.

K-State Research and Extension is committed to providing equal opportunity for participation in all programs, services and activities. Accommodations for persons with disabilities may be requested by contacting Kaitlyn Peine at least two weeks prior to the start of the event at 785-843-7058 or kpeine@ksu.edu. Requests received after this date will be honored when it is feasible to do so.
