How to Accomplish More with Less Webcast Coffee - 3 Part Series

Description:

The Accomplishing More With Less series is presented in three 90-minute sessions, a week apart from each other on December 3, 10 & 17, 2014.  The registration fee below is for one person for all three sessions - not transferable.

The webinars deal with today's most pressing issues in the workplace, covering topics relating to managing time, managing priorities, managing interruptions, managing e-mail, calendar, and to-do lists, as well as organizing electronic and paper documents, and most importantly being invigorated and re-energized in the workplace and elsewhere.

Accomplish More with Less webcast to help your organization's employees learn to:

  • Manage interruptions better
  • Deal with email overload
  • Work more strategically and collaborate more effectively
  • Manage competing priorities
  • Organize and manage electronic and paper information
  • Manage stress through purposeful action rather than passive reaction

Lunch: Bring your lunch!  MALA will provide coffee, water and tea.  You may bring in a soda if you prefer that.  The Johnson County Leawood Pioneer Branch has vending machines.  There are no vending machines or microwave ovens available at the North Kansas City Public Library.

Presenter:

  • Non-member (all three sessions): $50.00

If your library/organization prefers to be billed, there is an additional $5 fee.

MALA Workshop Billing/Refund/Credit Policy:

We prefer all workshops to be prepaid or paid at the door.  If you prefer to be billed, please add $5.  Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the workshop date less a $5 administrative fee.  You can transfer to another workshop a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the workshop date with no administrative fee.  Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the workshop date receive no refund or credit and you or your organization will be billed.  No shows are billed to you or your organization.
