The COVID-19 pandemic pushed government digital transformation to warp speed, causing governments around the world to rethink delivery of health and human services and accelerating digital transformations already in progress. In this online webinar, we speak to experts from industry and government to understand the lessons learned and future prospects for digital government from a customer/user perspective. We will also explore Trans-Atlantic lessons learned through new digital health and human services programs launched in Scotland and the state of Rhode Island.
