Wednesday, September 25, 2019

The NGCOA Mid-Atlantic Annual Meeting brings together owners and professionals in for a full day of education, networking, and golf. The event is open to all Mid-Atlantic owners/operators (whether or not NGCOA members at present) and their guests, GMs and/or CMAA members, MAPGA professionals, VGCSA and MAAGCS members, club reps, and vendors.

Woodmont Country Club Club

A short drive down the tree lined driveway from Rockville Pike brings members and guests to Woodmont Country Club -- a private, member-owned club in an idyllic setting offering the very best in dining, golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, and good fellowship. Members think of Woodmont as their home away from home for themselves and their families -- and as the perfect place for entertaining guests. Woodmont was founded more than 100 years ago and continues its role as a haven where traditions and memories are made.  The Club will host the 2020 US Women’s Amateur and is home for US Open Sectional Qualifying.

What a lineup for the Education Program! Keynote speaker Larry Hirsh will share property tax issues affecting clubs today.  Mike Loustalot of Sagacity Golf will show how benchmarking can benefit your operation.  NGCOA's Dave Barton will showcase NGCOA member benefits.  The PGA's Career Consultant Don Sweeting will then discuss employment services.  Host GM Brian Pizzamenti, CCM and Joe Trauger will share current legislative challenges for clubs.  Back this year are IGNITE product showcase presentations!
