Boston Post 2011 Annual Scholarship Meeting

The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Boston Post is excited to announce that the 51^st Annual Spring Meeting will be held at the Marriott in Newton, Massachusetts on the evening of Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Our Annual Scholarship Drive again looks for your participation in this worthy effort. Our students need your assistance now more than ever.  Help us top last year’s outstanding effort, when we provided over $56,000 in scholarships.

When: Tuesday, May 10, 2011
Where: Newton Marriott, 2345 Commonwealth Ave, Newton, MA
Time: 5:30 pm Reception
           7:00 pm Dinner
Cost: $80 per person ($65 Govt. employees & Seniors)

Dress:  Military: Service Dress
            Civilian- Business Attire

Color or Black & White Ads accepted.  Electronic Ad submittal required in JPEG, TIFF, Photoshop, High Resolution PDF or InDesign format.  Program book will be printed in color.  Ads must meet format dimensions listed on donor form. Ads must be received by April 8, 2011.

Payment

Payment is due by April 8, 2011. Make checks payable to SAME Boston Post Spring Meeting and mail to address listed below. (Accounting departments please note: our address has changed) Sorry, credit cards are not accepted. “No shows” will be billed and cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event.
