We will cover how to easily and effortlessly create balance and harmony and improve your sense of wellness and health:

  1.  Experience your body as an energy system – be in touch with your body and discover breath, ease, calm and vitality
  2.  Boost the immune, endocrine and adrenal systems – help your body be healthier and stronger and better prepared to handle potential exposure to viruses and bacteria
  3. Manage pain and recover from trauma – promote healing, relieve pain, and let go of symptoms, whether from flu, respiratory conditions, injuries, post-surgery, chronic conditions, or emotional distress
  4. Manage feelings and emotions – recognize them and repattern them so you can more easily have positive, smoother experiences instead of stumbling blocks

More About the Workshop

We will meet 4 times

Monday evenings on April 13, 20, 27 and May 4, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

The format: Live Zoom meetings with handouts

This will be more than a class. You’ll learn, discuss, practice, and experience so you can easily use your newly discovered techniques to be on the path to a happier, healthier life.

Registration will close on April 13.
