AHIA Support Group - In Person and Virtual 

Join us for our monthly support group. This month we'll be celebrating National Yoga Month with some guided movement and breathing. No experience needed! 

Survivors, Caregivers, and those interested in supporting people with TBI are all welcome to attend.

We will be meeting in person at ConnectAbility and on Zoom.
