Day 3 we move to the center of our core, our Na`au, the home of our piko. We also refer to this anatomical region of our body as our opu. Our Na`au is what connects us to the present, and to the seen and unseen realms. The Na`au is the seat of wisdom and intuition and the place where feelings and emotions are stored. Keiki are welcome.
