As an editor, Kate looks at hundreds of interior images a week and is very sensitive to what makes a photo effective and what doesn't. She will share tips for finding photographers and shooting your projects, the best way to present your work on the internet, and how to use social media to your best advantage.

Kate Meyers is a lifelong journalist and design lover. Kate was a national magazine writer for more than 25 years before taking the helm at Colorado Homes & Lifestyles in 2016. Kate has been a Colorado resident for almost 30 years and raised her two daughters, Annie and Emmy Lou, in Louisville, Colorado. She is passionate about everything Colorado from our year-round sunshine and spectacular clouds (!) to our outdoor lifestyle and most especially all of the fabulous art, architecture and design going on in the state .
