We are looking forward to you and your guests celebrating the holiday season with us!
Give and Receive: At our Holiday Social, we will be handing out raffle tickets to each person who brings a gift. Anyone that brings a gift will also take one home. To keep in line with the giving season, this would be the perfect opportunity to give our fellow members and collegaues a well deserved hotel stay, dinner, massage, or other special gift you are able to bring. Holiday Toy Drive for Ronald McDonald House Charities
We are honored to be a part of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego and will be having a toy drive at our Holiday Social. Our friends at the Ronald McDonald House work with children and families of all ages. Toys and games are welcome for all ages. Though the little ones are incredibly important, they tend to get an overwhelming amount of toys for the under 12 age group. Please remember the teens and young adult family members as they also need activities and games. Please remember that your gift must be new and unwrapped.
In the spirit of hospitality, we would like to do a little extra. It costs a little over $750.00 to buy out the Ronald McDonald House for one night so that all of the families may stay free of charge. Last year we were able to donate the buy out, let's be sure to do it again this year!
Donations: The registration page will include options to donate an additional $10, $20 or $50 to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House in our effort to "buy out the house" for one night. Please contact us as sdhftp.board@gmail.com with any questions or to donate a different amount. Checks should be made out to HFTP San Diego.

Our menu for the evening is as follows:
- Starter - Baby Arugula Salad served with Artisan Breads (Toasted Farro, Sunflower Seeds, Red Wine Dressing)
- Entree - Pan Roasted Jidori Chicken Breast with Tarragon Sauce, Chef's Selection of Local Vegetables and Starch Accompaniment or Wild Mushroom Risotto
- Dessert - Chef's Choice
- Coffee & Hot Tea
- Each guest will receive two drink tickets

Parking: Discounted valet parking will be available for $10 at the hotel.

In order to keep our meeting fees down, no-shows will be billed. Please cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to the event, as we provide our host property with a 72-hour attendance GUARANTEE. Thank you.
