Welcome Vendors!

Now is your chance to submit your information to be considered for our first event outside of New Jersey's Capital City, at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company! We will be welcoming over 100 hand-selected, unique, DIY artists, makers and vendors with over 175 vendor tables EACH DAY! 

Please note that by filling out this form you are NOT guaranteed a spot at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. By filling out this form you are submitting your informaiton for consideration only. If you are selected, we will notify you of the next steps to officially register and pay.

The fee to vend at this TPRFM event is $80 per table, and you can register for up to two tables. This fee includes your 6' table but does NOT include chairs. Please use the form to select how many tables you would like if selected.

The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market does not accept representatives of direct-sales brands such as Lularoe, Scentsy, Jamberry Nails, Origami Owl etc. Please keep this in mind when submitting your information for consideration.

All selections will be made by June 1, 2017.

VENDOR FEES AND SPECIFICS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

• Vendor fee is $80 per table. Your vendor fee includes a 6” table. 
• Spaces will be pre-assigned. If you have a table request, you will be asked to inlcude it once you've been accepted.
• NO REFUNDS will be proivided once you register for the event. No exceptions.
• There is no electrical access available.
• You may NOT sell your table. If you register and cannot use your table it will go to someone on the waiting list. No exceptions. We do check ID"s at vendor check in.

Vendors may NOT sell (NO exceptions):

• Weapons, knives, swords etc.
• Bongs, pipes, vapes or other paraphernalia
• Pornography
• Alcohol or Illegal Substances within the flea market boundaries at any time
• NO SMOKING in the building. If you must smoke, please do so outside and at least 15 feet away from the building.

In registering for the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, you agree to comply with all guidelines, rules, regulations, times, etc. You agree to allow the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market to take and/or use photographs, video and/or recordings of your booth for promotional purposes in print or televised advertisements, brochures, postcards, fliers, website, and other marketing collateral. You agree your registration fee will not be refunded unless the TPRFM is cancelled. You agree not to hold the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, or its partners, responsible if you do not make a profit. You understand that the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market reserves the right to reject any vendor registration if it feels items for sale do not meet the DIY or punk rock ethic of the event's primary mission. You certify that you have read or been given the opportunity to read and fully understand the Trenton Punk Rock Flea vendor agreement.
