In the first half of the program, Pat will present Who is "I": Understanding the MBTI® and the Enneagram.
She will discuss a basic understanding of the Enneagram: the roles of the two parts of personality and how perception changes through MBTI® and Enneagram lenses. Participants will be able to experience the shifting between the two systems and will understand how and why there are two distinct personality types operational in each person
Following a hosted lunch, Pat will present Solving the Mystery of Conflicting Personalities.
Pat will use the 3Keys model -- MBTI®, Enneagram, and right-brain theory -- to uncover subconscious programs and identify the triggers that activate them. Participants will be guided through an in-depth experiential exercise that looks at why we react as we do to certain people to contribute to better relationships & improved communication.
This presentation is geared for all levels of Type knowledge.
