When we hear “TEAMS” we often think of work-related teams. Consider this an opportunity to broaden your vision of “team” to include family, clubs, neighborhood groups, religious organizations, etc.
Explore the 8 function approach to leadership with emphasis on how Judging Functions and Perceiving Functions influence how people lead teams and projects. Gain a useful perspective on the relationship between Perceiving functions and perception of time. Unravel and discover new dimensions of dynamics in personal relationships.
Develop your understanding that how we approach starting to work on and bringing projects to conclusion, and how we interact with time is directly related to how we lead projects.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER
Markey Read, M.A., has been using, researching, and teaching Personality Type since 1994. Assisting organizations with team dynamics and leadership development since 1991, she specialized in creating dynamic and highly productive cultures. She has a Masters in Leadership and Group Dynamics from the University of Vermont. Markey has ENFJ preferences.
Her books include: Leadership Styles, Making Informed Decisions with your Cast of Characters; Charting the Course and Landing the Job, Finding Best Fit Career; Standing Out in the Crowd: Launching and Growing your Consulting Practice.
