In the morning session: Same Type: Different Brains

After a brief overview of brain basics, attendees will discover how age, career choice, culture, and biological sex impact our brains and expression of our personality type. The lesson: we are a mix of nature and nurture, type development matters over the whole lifespan, and archetypes may play an important role. We focus specifically in depth on ENFPs, but the insights are for all types.

Attendees will leave with a deeper appreciation and specific details on how their upbringing and life choices have likely shaped, and will continue to shape, their brains. This is a huge piece of evidence that type development is an essential aspect of type, for everyone, and not just something optional to talk about.

Stay for the optional afternoon session: Jung on Yoga

What’s your body mind practice? And how can you tailor it for your type? After a brief overview of yoga and the chakras, attendees will learn about C.G. Jung’s words of wisdom and symbolic approach to body-mind practices, individuations, and consciousness. From 1932 onward, yoga was among Jung’s central interests. He focused on its psychological implications and the reading can be challenging. Attendees will get a easily-digestible take on his work with links to functional aspects of personality.

These presentations are designed for intermediate levels of Type knowledge.
