Objectives:

1.       Identify an alternative to discharge….Transfer to an LTAC

2.       Learn about resources in the Greater Seattle area that will assist discharged patients continue on their recovery journey

3.       How to access services for your clients

 ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Jean Clark has a diverse background in clinical nursing as well as hospital senior leadership for over 23 years. Jean joined Kindred Healthcare in 2012 as a Chief Clinical Officer, transitioned to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations in the West Region, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Seattle- Northgate Hospital campus. Prior to working at Kindred Healthcare, Jean worked at several hospitals in Washington State including a Senior Leadership position at Sunnyside Community Hospital as the Chief Nursing Officer with clinical operations oversight that also included seven owned clinics. Jean holds a dual Masters of Science in Nursing and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (2007) as well as a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Seattle University (1993).
