Level I PIC Food Safety Training

On Thursday, October 8, 2020 1pm - 4pm Agency360 will be hosting Food Safety Level 1 training conducted by Columbus Public Health. Food Safety Training is required every three years, so please join us to complete or re-certify your food safety certification.

It is suggested that you bring writing materials to the training. You may wish to take notes during the session. There will be a test at the end of the session that you must successfully pass in order to receive your certificate.

• There is a $5.00 registration fee to attend. You must pay your fees prior to attending by credit card at the time you register online or check by mail. We will not accept cash at the door.
• If you are 15 minutes or more late to the training you will be asked to reschedule for another session.
• If you are unable to attend you may complete your certification online anytime for a $15.00 charge at www.servesafe.com.

If you choose to take the class online you must email a copy of your certificate of completion which shows you have successfully passed the course. You will not be compliant until you send your certificate and rout Agency Representative acknoweldges its receipt.
