2019 Membership & Reciprocity Card Request
Thank you for using our online request form.
Your membership and reciprocity cards will be sent by mail, so please specify the address to which you want the cards sent. Especially important for those of us that may have seasonal addresses in warmer climates in the winter. We will NOT use this information to update our membership records unless you indicate that we shold do so.
Please note that membership cards will be sent only after your 2019 dues are received. The best way to do so is to send our payment along with the top portion of the 2019 Statement to the Club at PO Box 377 Crosslake, MN 56442.
