Registration and Reservations:

To receive conference room rates, all reservations are to be made through the WV-WMD Synod office. Registrations must be received at the synod office on or before Thursday, 24 April 2014. Click on the appropriate link in the event registration section below to access the reservation site.

Important Due Dates and Submission Information:

Reports for the Assembly Bulletin of Reports are due at the synod office by Thursday, 3 April 2014. Upload reports directly to the synod office here, or send reports via e-mail to barbara.higgins@wv-wmd.com. Upon completion the Bulletin of Reports will be posted on the synod web site. Congregations are asked to print the reports from the synod web site and provide them to their voting members.

Agenda requests are due at the synod office on or before Wednesday, 19 March 2014. Send your agenda reqest directly to the synod office here.

Display requests are due at the synod office on or before Thursday, 24 April 2014. Reserve and pay for your display tables here.

Resolutions are to be included in the Bulletin of Reports for review by voting members. They are due at the synod office on or before Thursday, 3 April 2014. Upload resolutions directly to the synod office here.

Nominations and vitae information are due on or before Thursday, 24 April 2014. Click here to access information on nominations needed for 2014 and the vitae submission form.
