Positive Intelligence (PQ)     Building Mental Fitness —   January 26 Breakfast   Webinar with Irene Kelly of Prisma LLC

Positive Intelligence (i.e., mental fitness) is the science and practice of developing mastery over your mind so you can make your highest contribution in the world. Building physical fitness is routine for many; building mental fitness is less common and mostly overlooked.

The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network —is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, January 26: “Positive Intelligence: Building Mental Fitness.” The discussion will be facilitated by Irene Kelly of Prisma LLC.

Many of us may experience common negative narratives: not educated enough, not pretty/handsome enough, not good enough. What are the “not ____ enough” narratives that repeat in your head? Whatever the narrative, a “saboteur” is delivering it! Saboteurs are those voices that speak of undeserving, unworthy, unacceptable, undesirable.

Your sage — inner wisdom, true essence, guiding compass — often takes a back seat, we tend to ignore or minimize the positive narrative.  Like physical fitness allows one to easily climb steep hills, mental fitness allows one to handle life’s challenges easily by reducing stress and anxiety.

Join us for the January 26 discussion to learn how Saboteurs undermine versus support us and how accessing your inner sage wisdom leads to greater success.

You will learn:

  • How your saboteurs undermine your greatest strengths
  • How your sage taps your greatest strength
  • How to build mental muscle

Participants will have an opportunity to complete an assessment prior to the session identifying saboteurs Available upon registration). The session will be experiential and include time for Q & A.

This session is Thursday, January 26 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional networking and mingling 7:45-8:00) using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.  Not sure if you or your organization is a member?  Contact us!
