A Practical Approach to Understanding and Applying the Baldrige Framework | NEW for 2023!

Monday June 5
Informal networking 8:30 AM - 9 AM  Seminar  9 AM - 4:30 PM

Tuesday June 6
Seminar 8:30 AM- noon

There is not a better time to introduce or nurture excellence in your organization!

The Baldrige Framework has evolved over time and with bi-annual changes, may seem onerous and complicated to comprehend. Our “easy-to-grasp" approach to understanding and applying the Baldrige Framework for organizational assessment and improvement will help you gain confidence in your understanding of this leadership and management framework.

  • The interactive seminar includes practical exercises as well as numerous examples to bring the Baldrige Framework to life.  Participants will learn from the vast knowledge and experience of the facilitator as well as work with and learn from the experiences of other organizations in applying and using the Baldridge Framework and Criteria for Performance Excellence.

  • This seminar is best suited for those seeking to understand the benefits of applying the Framework to their organization, team members or Category leads of an organization's assessment team, leaders of an organization, or anyone that desires a better understanding of the Baldrige Framework.

  • Many organizations bring several team members to optimize learning and planning. Special group pricing is noted below.  The seminar fee includes a handy workbook and on-line access to all the seminar materials so you can take these back to your organizations for further use, as well as copies of the Baldrige Excellence Framework and Baldrige Excellence Builder.

  • Additional facilitator resources will be added based on class size and sector representation. Bring your questions, application drafts and feedback report questions!

What past attendees are saying...

Participation in the "Practical Approach to Applying the Baldrige Framework" seminar is an investment that continues to provide returns to me personally and to our organization.  The content and format have been masterfully architected to facilitate ease of understanding and application of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework.

The opportunities to share with fellow participants, learning from each, provides countless insights to what has worked effectively in other organizations and what has not.  These insights build confidence and further accelerate our performance excellence advancements.

I highly recommend this seminar to anyone desiring a greater understanding of the “how to” apply the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework in an inviting, effective, and collaborative environment.
