Charles Guarino believes in the "POWER" of IBM Power Systems and the IBM i community. Charlie is the founder and President of Central Park Data Systems, Inc., a Long Island and New York City area based IBM midrange consulting and corporate training company. Today, along with the team at Central Park Data Systems, he is serving individuals and companies on a worldwide basis through his consulting work and award-winning speaking engagements. Some of the projects he is involved with include new and existing application development using all facets of new technologies supplied by IBM and the open source community. 

His career reflects his dedication and interest in bringing the platform and its solutions to others. As a result of his constant dedication, he has been recognized as an IBM Champion. He is a member of COMMON's Speaker Excellence Hall of Fame and a proud reciepient of the Al Barsa Memorial Scholoarship Award.
