Caring for our Elders: A Caregiver Workshop

Join us on June 5, 2019 from 7pm-9pm for an interactive workshop that will outline the practical steps caregivers can take to care for loved ones and themselves. Participants will receive a workbook, as well as an organizer for the important documents and information caregivers need for appointments, life transitions and in case of emergency.
