Michelle Poyourow is a national expert and consultant in public transit planning and policy. She specializes in managing large network redesigns and leading community conversations about transit. Through the firm Jarrett Walker & Associates, Michelle has recently led network planning projects for Indianapolis, Richmond, Boulder, and Anchorage, as well as for smaller towns and rural areas.
