Come join us in the bakery to learn how to create and bake those wonderfully chewy and twisty treats - pretzels! One of our master bakers will teach you a variety of pretzel shapes and techniques and the secret behind that thin amber crust.
Students will spend the first portion of class with their hands in the dough, mixing their own pretzel dough to bring home and crafting artisan pretzels.
Once the pretzels have gone into the ovens, students will sit down together to enjoy their handiwork with Le Pain Quotidien spreads and a glass of Foret Organic, a delightful Belgian Beer, at our communal table.
The cost per student is $50.
Classes are small and are held in our delightful Walnut Street Bakery.
