Business Assessment and Goal Setting

Congratulations! You've achieved one big dream - starting your own business. Now it's time to move on to the next goal: strengthening and growing your business, and your management skills, for even greater success.

Where to Start?

You want to grow your business, but . . .

  • You're constantly "putting out fires";
  • You're working long hours and getting burned out;
  • You're missing out on opportunities because you can't respond to requests in time;
  • You're worried that you're falling behind the competition;
  • You start every day with the best intentions, but at the end of the day feel that you haven't accomplished any big picture goals, or
  • You're so busy running your business day-to-day, you don't have time to grow it.

Business Needs Assessment!

The Business Needs Assessment covers five critical areas of your business:

  1. Management
  2. Marketing
  3. Sales
  4. Finance
  5. Operations

Come join us at this workshop and start figuring out how to strengthen and grow your business.
