Topic: Mobile Ergonomics - As many professionals are constantly "on the go," how do we set up the car, hotel, or restaurant to accommodate doing business 'on the run'. This session will offer suggestions for injury prevention when traveling with your computer companion.


Bio: Kathy Espinoza - is a Board Certified Professional Ergonomist, with an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Work Science/Physiology. She has worked at Keenan for over eight years providing ergonomic assessments and injury prevention training to office personnel, hospital workers, fire departments and city and county staff. She gained most of her experience in ergonomics while serving as the Coordinator of the Chronic Back Pain Program for Kaiser Permanente in Fontana for over 12 years. Kathy has taught Ergonomics in the Workplace at UC, Riverside for 10 years and is the 2010 recipient of the UCR Instructor Excellence Award. She has 41 articles published in the field of ergonomics.
